Sales Development Specialist – B2B Sales (US Market)

About the role

BPO BAY Pvt Ltd, a business process outsourcing company serving international clients with a focus on the US market, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Development Specialist in Islamabad. The specialist identifies and qualifies B2B leads, runs outbound calls and emails, and keeps a steady pipeline of prospective US clients.

Key responsibilities

• Research target companies and engage decision-makers by phone and email
• Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team and follow up consistently
• Collaborate with sales management to refine outreach strategies and update CRM records
• Provide feedback on lead quality and market insights
• Meet activity and conversion targets while delivering professional, customer-focused interactions

Required profile

• Prior experience in B2B sales, telesales or outbound calling, preferably for US or international markets
• Ability to work evening or night shifts aligned with US business hours
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred but not mandatory
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
