About the role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Sales Representative to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with customers in the UK and US markets through cold‑calling.
Key responsibilities
- Establish strong relationships with customers over cold calls.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Engage with customers through calls and meetings.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Manage and optimise customer interactions.

Required profile
- Matric/O‑Level qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑focused attitude with professionalism.
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Proven sales experience.
