Customer Service Specialist (Night Shift, Remote)

About the role

Zdigitizing LLC provides embroidery digitizing and vector art services to customers worldwide. It is looking for an experienced customer service caller with excellent English communication skills to handle calls and communicate professionally with US-based clients. The position is full-time and permanent, working 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time on a fixed night shift, and is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups and service-related inquiries.
• Communicate with US-based clients about services, pricing, orders and customer concerns.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call logs and follow-up details.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
• Follow company communication guidelines and customer service standards.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in call support; strong inbound call handling experience.
• Outbound calling experience is an advantage; experience with US or international clients is preferred.
• Willingness to commit to a minimum contract period of 1-2 years.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal English with a clear, professional accent suitable for US clients.
• Strong listening, comprehension and conversation-management skills.
• Confidence handling inquiries and difficult conversations, plus problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Ability to multitask and fast, accurate typing.
• Working laptop or desktop, stable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
