Customer Services Associate - Outbound Verification & Transfer

About the role

Touchstone Communications is looking for a highly driven, results-oriented Customer Services Associate who will act as a key link in its sales and customer service pipeline. The role involves making outbound calls to customers and prospects, performing basic information verification and transferring calls smoothly to the right internal team. It is a fast-paced, target-based position requiring strong multitasking, organization and efficient use of CRM systems.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to engage with customers and verify account or contact information.
• Perform basic verification checks by phone according to company protocols, ensuring the quality of leads before transfer.
• Transfer verified and qualified calls efficiently to the appropriate specialist, agent or department.
• Use the CRM system to access, verify and update contact details during and after calls.
• Manage several tasks at once: conversation, following verification scripts, navigating systems and tracking call outcomes in real time.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets for verified calls and successful transfers.
• Follow all documented procedures, scripts and compliance guidelines for outbound calling and data handling.

Required profile

• Clear, professional verbal communication with an American accent.
• Proven motivation to meet and exceed performance targets in a goal-oriented environment.
• At least 6 months of prior experience in an outbound call center, tele-sales or verification role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate verification and data entry.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot for data entry, look-ups and account tracking.
• Able to handle multiple screens, databases and processes at once while keeping call quality high.
