Customer Services Officer

About the role

Global Tech Solutions provides outsourcing, customer support, finance, accounting and technology services, building dedicated teams for each client. It is hiring Customer Services Officers for its Islamabad-based team to deliver responsive, professional customer experiences across communication channels. The role is based in Islamabad and is not remote.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries by inbound and outbound calls, live chat and email, giving clear and accurate information
• Understand customer concerns, resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters to the right team
• Support appointment setting, customer retention and follow-up in line with client processes
• Record interactions, update customer information and keep complete, accurate case notes
• Meet service quality, response-time and productivity targets while staying courteous and customer-focused
• Share feedback with colleagues and supervisors to improve support workflows

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written communication, with a courteous and professional telephone manner
• Experience or aptitude in customer service across phone, email and live chat
• Ability to listen actively, identify customer needs and explain information clearly
• Reliable attendance, teamwork, adaptability and a customer-focused attitude

Required skills

• Good typing, data-entry and record-keeping, including accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn customer support platforms, CRM systems and office tools
• Ability to manage several tasks at once, prioritise inquiries and meet response and quality targets
