About the role
Mammoth-AI is seeking a Customer Success & Account Manager to own client relationships, drive satisfaction, and support account growth across our AI services and products.
Key responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Conduct regular check‑ins and business reviews to ensure positive experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Coordinate with Delivery, Engineering, Product, QA and Leadership teams to track requests, manage risks and provide timely updates.
- Identify expansion opportunities, support renewals and surface customer needs that align with Mammoth offerings.
Required profile
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or related client‑facing roles.
- Experience working with B2B or enterprise customers, preferably in AI services, software development, technology consulting, managed services, QA & testing or SaaS.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work across technical and non‑technical teams.
