Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a technically proficient Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they get maximum value from our finance solutions. You will act as the trusted advisor, guiding clients through onboarding, usage, and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned client accounts, conducting regular check‑ins, business reviews, and strategic conversations.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, drive subscription revisions, and collaborate with sales and finance to maximize account value.
• Act as the bridge between clients and internal accounting teams, monitoring service quality, escalating issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Support onboarding activities, guide clients through ClientHub and related tools, and create a positive first impression.
• Maintain accurate client records in HubSpot, update deal stages, and track customer health metrics.
• Collaborate with Accounting Managers, Finance Managers, Controllers, and Operations teams to align internal efforts with client expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or a related role.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex software solutions.
• Experience using CRM and customer‑success platforms such as HubSpot.
