About the role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent with a natural or near‑native British accent to manage high‑volume inbound and outbound calls for global clients. The position is office‑based in Johar Town, Lahore and focuses on serving UK‑based customers.
Key responsibilities
- Handle multiple inbound and outbound international calls efficiently and professionally.
- Communicate clearly with UK customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.
- Meet performance metrics related to call handling and service quality.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in call support or customer service in an international setting.
- Prior experience working with British clients is mandatory.
- Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and composure.
- Strong command of English with a British or near‑native British accent.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Experience using call‑handling software.
