Customer Support Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will handle a wide range of queries through written and verbal communication, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide satisfactory solutions to diverse customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with questions, new orders, service delivery, billing, and other requests.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
• Process orders, forms, and applications efficiently.
• Follow up to confirm appropriate actions on customer requests and aim for First Contact Resolution.
• Escalate unresolved issues or special requests to relevant departments.
• Enhance the organization’s reputation by taking ownership of new and varied requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Previous customer support experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on customer service.
• Hands‑on problem‑solving ability and capacity to explain technical information simply.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
