About the role

Aesyrix, a technology solutions company offering custom software, web development, CRM setup, automation, AI-powered systems and digital marketing, is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Support Representative in Rawalpindi. The representative handles customer inquiries by phone, email and chat, gives accurate information about the company's services and solutions, and works to keep customers satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat and provide timely, accurate information about services and solutions.
• Troubleshoot basic technical and account issues.
• Document interactions and escalate complex problems to the relevant teams.
• Maintain service quality standards and contribute feedback to improve support processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and support continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer support and customer service skills, with experience handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve common technical or service-related problems.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi while managing several tasks under pressure.
• Diploma or degree in business, IT or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in a technology or services company's support function is an advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems and basic IT literacy are preferred.
