About the role

We are seeking a confident and empathetic Customer Support Representative to assist international clients with weight‑loss related queries. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communications while maintaining a professional and supportive tone.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels with international clients.
Provide accurate information based on approved guidelines and explain next steps clearly.
Record client interactions and follow‑up requirements in the CRM system.
Escalate medical or specialized questions to qualified professionals.

Required profile

Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and professional telephone etiquette.
Empathetic, patient and non‑judgmental when discussing weight‑loss concerns.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
2–5 years of experience in customer support, call centres or healthcare/wellness preferred.

Required skills

Proficiency with CRM tools.
Basic computer skills and ability to use WhatsApp, email and other communication platforms.
