Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join Zones' Digital Transformation analytics team. You will work with Azure‑based analytics and reporting tools to design, build, and deliver insights that support the Zones value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Design technical and functional modules and lead discovery sessions.
• Develop reporting, analytics, and dashboard specifications.
• Support optimisation of data‑lake models and define future‑state requirements.
• Perform data management, integration, validation and testing activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement end‑to‑end solutions.
• Innovate automation and reporting capabilities, especially using Power BI.
• Provide status updates, assess risks, and actively solve problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, MIS, Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience in data analysis or related roles.
• Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and out‑of‑the‑box thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence multiple stakeholder groups.
