Data Analyst

About the role

Nokhba.AI is looking for a Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive smarter, data‑driven decisions across the organization. This remote, full‑time role will support growth initiatives, improve business understanding, and help teams act on clear, evidence‑based recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualisations that communicate findings effectively.
• Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities through data exploration.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Present insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analysis or a closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL for data manipulation.
• Ability to design and deliver reports, dashboards, and visualisations.
• Good understanding of statistics and data interpretation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Clear communication skills for presenting complex insights to non‑technical audiences.
