Quality Associate – Data Operations

About the role

Join GfK’s Market Intelligence Data Operations team as a Quality Associate. You will help ensure the accuracy of product specifications across multiple consumer sectors, supporting the delivery of reliable market research data.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily quality checks on automated iQC samples for a wide range of product categories.
• Assist in developing and implementing global quality processes for Market Intelligence data operations.
• Maintain high‑quality standards for QC processes and ensure compliance with global quality guidelines.
• Execute low to medium‑complexity tasks under supervision, including setting QC ratings.
• Provide transparent, neutral quality checks of GfK product master data within assigned panels and sectors.
• Respond to internal or external customer complaints and support root‑cause analysis of quality results.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with strong product knowledge in tech, e‑commerce, and durable goods.
• Excellent internet searching skills and familiarity with quality standards.
• Ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably with technical knowledge.
