Data Conversion Specialist

About the role

AutoLeap is seeking a Data Conversion Specialist to join its Implementations practice. You will help automotive shops transition from legacy shop management systems to AutoLeap’s cloud‑based platform by importing clean, actionable data.

Key responsibilities

• Convert and migrate client data onto the AutoLeap platform using in‑house tools and Excel with high attention to detail.
• Partner with the Implementation team to meet onboarding targets through timely and accurate data delivery.
• Set clear expectations, provide conversion recommendations, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support complex enterprise client conversions.

Required profile

• University education in business, STEM, computer science or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years experience in data conversion, data management or a similar data‑focused role.
• Strong cross‑functional communication skills and ability to simplify complex problems.
• Analytical mindset with a sharp eye for data accuracy.
