About the role

Health Pharmacy is a community-focused pharmacy committed to safe, accurate and accessible medication services. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Data Entry Specialist in Peshawar. The role keeps patient, prescription and inventory records complete and up to date by entering and updating data in pharmacy systems.

Key responsibilities

• Review source documents and verify information before entering it into pharmacy systems.
• Correct data errors and keep electronic and paper files organised.
• Coordinate with pharmacy staff to clarify information and support administrative tasks such as generating reports and logs.
• Follow data privacy and security protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum of a high school diploma; additional training or certification in computing or office administration is an advantage.
• Experience in a pharmacy, healthcare or administrative environment is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Peshawar, manage time effectively and handle repetitive tasks reliably.

Required skills

• Strong typing and computer literacy for accurate and efficient data entry.
• Effective communication to coordinate with pharmacy staff.
• Customer service and administrative assistance skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to follow procedures and confidentiality standards.
