About the role

ABM Info Tech is hiring an onsite Data Loss Prevention and Classification Specialist in Karachi, Pakistan. The role covers hands-on work in data protection, classification policies and DLP solutions.

Key responsibilities

Implement and manage data classification policies
Configure and monitor DLP solutions across email, endpoint and cloud
Investigate and respond to DLP incidents
Work with IT and compliance teams to protect sensitive data
Run user awareness sessions on secure data handling

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT
2-3 years of relevant experience; minimum 2 years as a DLP and Classification Specialist

Required skills

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview / MIP / Microsoft 365 DLP, Symantec, Forcepoint or McAfee
Experience with Forcepoint Web Security
Understanding of encryption, data masking and tokenization
Familiarity with cloud security across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS or GCP
Knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR and SBP guidelines
