Delivery Manager - ELV Systems Execution

About the role

Avanceon is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager for ELV systems to manage and coordinate execution support activities for KSA-based projects from its Pakistan office. The role works closely with the KSA-based Project Manager, customers, consultants and vendors to ensure timely project delivery. It covers design coordination, technical documentation, material tracking, correspondence, technical queries, engineering deliverables and timely closure of project activities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main coordination point between the KSA Project Manager, customers, consultants and the Pakistan engineering teams.
• Support the full project delivery lifecycle from engineering to execution closure.
• Guide and manage internal engineering and drafting teams so deliverables are submitted on time.
• Coordinate execution activities for BMS, PAVA, ICT, CCTV, access control, structured cabling and fire alarm systems.
• Review and monitor design submissions, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and technical documentation.
• Ensure engineering deliverables are prepared and submitted according to the project schedule.
• Handle technical correspondence, RFIs, consultant comments and project communications, and coordinate technical clarifications with site teams and the PM.
• Track deliverables, pending approvals, engineering logs and documentation status, and ensure approved revisions are implemented.
• Assist in planning project priorities and resource allocation, run regular coordination meetings and maintain documentation and communication trails.
• Support procurement and material teams on technical clarifications and ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems and project coordination.
• Experience handling engineering documentation and coordinating with consultants.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Knowledge of the KSA project execution environment and consultant procedures is preferred.
• Preferred industries: commercial buildings, high-rise towers, airports, hospitals, industrial facilities, smart buildings, data centers and large infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work remotely from Pakistan and align working hours with KSA project needs when necessary.
