Dental Billing Trainee (PharmD Required)

About the role

Medical and Dental Solutions, Inc. provides revenue cycle management and practice support services for clinics and healthcare providers. It is hiring fresh PharmD graduates as Dental Billing Trainees to support US-based dental practices. No prior dental billing experience is needed, as comprehensive training is provided. The role is office-based, full-time and on-site in Rawalpindi, with evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and perform dental insurance verification and eligibility checks
• Assist with preparation and submission of dental insurance claims
• Review patient and insurance information for accuracy and completeness
• Learn dental billing terminology, CDT codes and insurance workflows
• Follow up on outstanding and unpaid claims, and assist with rejections, denials, corrections and appeals
• Communicate with US insurance companies about eligibility, claim status and payments
• Review EOBs and learn payment posting and adjustment processes
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation in dental practice management systems
• Coordinate with billing, insurance verification and front desk teams, and follow internal SOPs and HIPAA requirements

Required profile

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree; applications from candidates without a PharmD will not be considered
• Fresh PharmD graduates are encouraged to apply
• No prior dental billing experience required
• Ability to work evening shifts (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday)
