Senior Medical Billing Executive

About the role

XenMD is hiring a Senior Medical Billing Executive for its healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) team, based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This full-time on-site position works night shifts and suits someone with strong knowledge of US medical billing, insurance policies, claims processing, denial management and accounts receivable follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US medical billing and claims processing.
• Handle claim rejections, denials, corrections and resubmissions.
• Perform AR follow-ups and resolve outstanding insurance claims.
• Review EOBs, ERAs and payment discrepancies.
• Communicate with insurance payers to resolve billing issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely claim submissions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in US medical billing or healthcare RCM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage and commercial insurance.
• Expertise in claim submission, denial management, rejection handling and AR follow-up.
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, EOBs, ERAs and payer portals, with strong communication skills.
