Dental Technician – Crown & Bridge & Denture Specialist

About the role

Premium Smile Dental Lab in Sargodha is seeking a skilled Dental Technician to join its team. You will work in a modern laboratory, creating crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances for dental clinics across Sargodha and Faisalabad.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and finish crown and bridge restorations using conventional and CAD/CAM techniques.
• Fabricate partial and complete dentures, performing wax‑ups, try‑ins and final polishing.
• Inspect, adjust and repair appliances while maintaining quality‑control documentation.
• Work from impressions, models and digital scans; perform model trimming, articulation and occlusal adjustment.
• Perform shade matching, porcelain layering, staining and glazing to meet aesthetic specifications.
• Communicate with dentists and team members to manage case workflow and delivery deadlines.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Dental Technology or equivalent vocational training.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on dental laboratory experience.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand‑finishing skills for crown, bridge and denture work.
• Ability to read prescriptions, dental terminology and lab work orders accurately.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM workflows and basic digital scanning/file handling is preferred.
