About the role
Lead the Store Associates team in the Canned Goods & Edible Grocery department, ensuring effective merchandising, stock control and cleanliness.
Key responsibilities
- Manage shelf, stock and department cleanliness, and track product expiries.
- Train team members, reduce shrinkage and maintain 100% product shelf viability.
- Assist with stock ordering, maintain optimal stock levels and execute planogram presentations.
- Handle customer complaints, maintain customer files and perform regular inventory management.
- Plan seasonal activities, enforce policies and ensure department readiness before store opening.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Intermediate qualification with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams, train staff and meet operational standards.
