Deputy General Manager – Sales

About the role

The Deputy General Manager of Sales is a full‑time, on‑site senior leadership position based in Lahore. You will steer sales operations for ASML’s CRC, GI, Z4CS and LCBS product portfolio across key industrial and commercial sectors, driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a diverse sales team, monitoring performance metrics and fostering high customer‑service standards.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key accounts, and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports and present insights to senior leadership.
• Uphold company values, optimise sales processes and contribute to long‑term market expansion.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business‑development experience in industrial or commercial markets.
• Strong general‑management capabilities, including strategic planning and operational oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and motivate a sales workforce.
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and managing key B2B accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English; local language proficiency is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel within the region as required.
