Deputy Manager – Commercial Operations & Reconciliation

About the role

CCL Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Deputy Manager to strengthen its Commercial Operations function across international markets. You will ensure accurate distributor coordination, receivable tracking, claims management, and ledger reconciliation, supporting smooth commercial execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to monitor receivables and resolve outstanding balances.
• Perform distributor ledger and stock reconciliations and process claims efficiently.
• Support monthly ledger sign‑offs, maintain operational records, and ensure compliance with documentation and cutoff requirements.
• Assist in reporting, operational continuity, and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to automation projects that enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial operations, finance coordination, supply chain, or distributor management.
• Strong analytical, coordination and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with proven problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with export management software.
