Deputy Manager – Spare Parts (Inventory & Logistics)

About the role

The Deputy Manager – Spare Parts (Inventory & Logistics) will own the end‑to‑end inventory, procurement and warehouse operations of the Aftersales & Spare Parts Department at Al‑Ghazi Tractors Limited. The role is responsible for ensuring the right spare parts and lubricants are available at the right cost and time, supporting dealer networks and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end inventory planning to maintain high spare parts availability while optimizing stock investment and minimizing stock‑outs and obsolete inventory across the dealer network.
• Manage forecasting, inventory controls, procurement, and vendor relationships to secure timely, cost‑effective, and reliable supply of spare parts and lubricants.
• Lead warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient storage, seamless distribution, and on‑time deliveries to dealers and customers.
• Implement continuous improvement, quality assurance, and cost‑optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service levels, and working‑capital performance.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Warranty, Finance, Supply Chain, and dealers to align demand and supply priorities and resolve operational challenges.
