DevOps Engineer – Cloud & Automation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure that powers our applications and services. You will collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to automate operations, monitor performance, and ensure reliable deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Implement and maintain scalable container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and Google Cloud Run.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting using Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, and New Relic.
• Administer and optimize MongoDB instances, including backup and disaster recovery.
• Apply security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Automate provisioning and configuration using GCP services, Terraform or Ansible.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development and QA teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes and GCP services (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, GKE).
• Hands‑on experience with Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, New Relic and MongoDB.
• Proficient scripting skills in Python or Bash.
