Digital and Social Media Specialist

About the role

The Digital and Social Media Specialist will support the brand team in executing digital communication strategies across multiple brands and product families. You will manage the social media presence, drive online engagement, and ensure consistent brand messaging on all digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Brand Manager and Brand & Digital Lead with digital communication initiatives and campaigns.
• Monitor digital sentiment, audience feedback, and community engagement across platforms.
• Coordinate with CRM teams for community management and customer engagement.
• Liaise with HRD on LinkedIn content, branding, and communication needs.
• Develop, maintain, and update company websites and digital assets.
• Prepare and manage monthly social media calendars and content plans.
• Work with digital and media agencies on content creation, campaign execution, and social media boosting.
• Ensure high‑impact visual communication and ROI‑focused digital campaigns.
• Maintain brand identity consistency across all brands and product families.
• Track performance metrics, optimize campaigns according to platform algorithms and trends.
• Create engaging native content such as reels, shorts, banners, and snaps.
• Stay current with evolving digital trends, platforms, and emerging communication technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in digital and social media management.
• Experience handling a diverse brand portfolio is a plus.
