Digital Creative Manager

About the role

KOKO Studio is seeking a Digital Creative Manager to bridge brand strategy, audience psychology, and digital storytelling. You will turn strategic insights into compelling short‑form content that drives reach, engagement and cultural relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret brand positioning and audience insights to maintain consistent digital presence.
• Develop content pillars, brainstorm campaigns and craft scripts, concepts and creative executions.
• Monitor platform trends, viral patterns and emerging formats to inform content strategy.
• Plan and coordinate shoots, working with designers, editors, photographers and videographers to ensure high‑quality output.
• Analyse performance data, identify winning content patterns and scale successful formats.
• Oversee creative execution across multiple brands, uphold quality standards and meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content creation, creative strategy, branding or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Deep knowledge of short‑form content, storytelling and digital culture.
