Digital Health Doctor (mHealth)

About the role

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a qualified mHealth Doctor to join its Lahore team. The role focuses on delivering medical consultations and health guidance through digital platforms, ensuring customers receive accurate assessments, advice, and follow‑up care.

Key responsibilities

• Review health data and conduct remote consultations via digital health platforms.
• Document clinical notes and patient interactions accurately in electronic records.
• Collaborate with insurance, health operations, and customer service teams to enhance service quality.
• Educate customers on preventive care, wellness strategies, and treatment plans.
• Ensure all medical interactions comply with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of EFU Life’s digital health initiatives.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS/BDS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Clinical practice experience with a focus on digital or tele‑health services.
• Strong diagnostic and patient assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality, ethical practice, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Experience using mobile health applications for consultations and documentation.
• Familiarity with digital health platforms and tools.
