Digital Marketing Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing Account Manager to own client relationships from concept to delivery. You will blend strategic thinking, hands‑on campaign execution, and AI‑driven automation to bring client visions to life.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing clear communication and proactive ideas.
• Design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including content, ads, funnels and email/SMS sequences.
• Build and maintain automations in GoHighLevel (funnels, pipelines, workflows) and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Leverage AI agents to draft copy, generate assets, and automate repetitive setup tasks.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with client expectations.

Required profile

• Creative thinker who generates fresh campaign concepts without waiting for direction.
• Natural troubleshooter who investigates and resolves performance or technical issues.
• Proven experience running successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Comfortable with AI tools and eager to explore their potential in marketing operations.
• Strong client‑facing skills, responsive and trustworthy.

Required skills

• GoHighLevel (or similar marketing automation platform).
• AI tools for content generation (e.g., ChatGPT, generative AI).
• Digital campaign planning and execution.

• Funnel and workflow automation.
