Digital Marketing and Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our digital marketing initiatives while also expanding our IT team in Lahore. The role blends campaign management, technical SEO, and talent acquisition to drive online growth and strengthen our technology department.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across web, email and social platforms for local and international audiences.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, perform keyword research, on‑page optimisation and manage backlink strategies using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush and Ahrefs.
• Monitor performance metrics, track KPIs and generate regular reports with Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio.
• Source, screen and shortlist IT candidates on LinkedIn, Rozee.pk and Mustakbil, coordinating with HR to fill positions in Lahore and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency and seamless integration of marketing and recruitment efforts.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing or SEO, preferably in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
