About the role

TalentPop is seeking a creative and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. This remote position focuses on improving online visibility, crafting engaging email content, and assisting with SEO initiatives to drive traffic and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, editing, and scheduling of email marketing content and newsletters.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Collect, analyze, and report on campaign performance data using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and identify marketing trends.
• Help manage website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and contribute to new digital marketing tactics across channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting digital marketing or content creation, preferably in an e‑commerce environment.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities for clear, brand‑consistent copy.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
