Digital Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support TalentPop’s e‑commerce growth. Working remotely, you will help increase online visibility, drive traffic to our Shopify store and other marketplaces, and assist with key marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing and scheduling email newsletters and marketing campaigns.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO activities to boost organic traffic.
• Collect, analyse and report campaign performance metrics using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Utilise AI tools to streamline content creation and research marketing trends.
• Update website content, banners and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and help implement new digital tactics across channels.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and email‑marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with a focus on brand‑consistent copy.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Required skills

• Excel (or Google Sheets) for data organisation and basic analysis.
• SEO research and implementation.
• Email marketing campaign creation and reporting.
