Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Gardenia Holiday Homes is a short-term vacation rental company focused on luxury, comfort and personalized guest experiences, curating an exclusive collection of high-end properties. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Coordinator in Kamālia to run digital marketing campaigns that promote its properties and brand across online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts, schedule posts and engage with audiences to raise brand awareness and bookings
• Monitor web analytics and campaign performance, prepare reports and optimize content and strategy based on data insights
• Support email marketing and coordinate with internal teams on marketing projects
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and help plan promotional activities and partnerships

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, including clear writing, presentation and teamwork
• Degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is beneficial
• Experience in hospitality, travel or property management marketing is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Kamālia, manage several campaigns at once and stay accurate in a fast pace
