Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to own our paid social, search, SEO, and marketing automation channels. This high‑ownership role lets you manage the full stack of campaigns and see tangible business impact within days.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, including Pixel and Conversions API setup, audience strategy, creative briefing, A/B testing, and daily KPI optimisation (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Run Google Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns with a focus on Quality Score, bidding strategy, and performance reporting via GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Execute on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO for Shopify and WordPress sites using Yoast/Rank Math, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Manage HubSpot workflows, email sequences, lead nurturing, CRM pipelines, and campaign attribution.
• Deliver weekly performance reports with clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on Meta Ads Manager experience, including Pixel and Conversions API.
• Proven Google Ads experience across Search, Display, and/or Shopping.
• Shopify and WordPress SEO experience – both CMS administration and on‑page execution.
• HubSpot proficiency in workflows, email marketing, CRM, and reporting.
• Experience with Ahrefs and SEMrush for audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
• Strong analytical skills using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Solid written communication for ad copy and stakeholder reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
