Digital Marketing Executive (SEO & Social Media)

About the role

CrewHunt connects US companies and recruitment agencies with dedicated recruiters on a monthly plan. It is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Executive in Bahawalpur with 1 to 2 years of marketing experience, focused on SEO and social media. The person will own how the company is found online.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run on-page and technical SEO: keyword research, page titles, meta descriptions, internal links and site health checks.
• Track rankings, traffic and leads in Google Search Console and Google Analytics, and report what changed and why.
• Help plan and publish blog content written for search and AI answers.
• Run the LinkedIn company page: schedule posts, write captions, reply to comments and track engagement.
• Support other platforms as they are added.
• Work with the design and content team on visuals and copy.
• Use AI tools to research, draft and speed up work.

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year of hands-on SEO.
• Social media experience is a strong plus, especially LinkedIn.
• Broader digital marketing exposure (email, paid ads, analytics) is a plus.
• Good written English; the audience is in the US.
• A sharp, fast learner who picks up new tools quickly and takes ownership of results.

Nice to have

• Experience with WordPress, Webflow or a similar site builder.
• A portfolio or results you can show, such as pages you ranked or accounts you grew.
