Digital Marketing Expert

About the role

PMTAC is seeking a data‑driven Digital Marketing Expert to shape its online presence across Pakistan’s healthcare sector. You will be the voice of the brand in the digital world, creating campaigns that reach patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns from awareness to conversion, targeting healthcare audiences.
• Manage end‑to‑end Google Ads campaigns—including Search, Display, and Performance Max—focusing on ROI and cost‑per‑lead efficiency.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy covering keyword research, on‑page optimisation, technical audits, and link‑building.
• Monitor daily performance using GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Search Console, turning data into actionable plans.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with KPI tracking and strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure all digital assets are on‑brand, compliant with healthcare marketing standards, and audience‑appropriate.
• Conduct competitor analysis and audience segmentation to uncover growth opportunities.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, healthcare advertising regulations, and emerging digital trends.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Proven success managing Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
• Google Ads certification or equivalent proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot) are a plus.
