Digital Marketing Growth Strategist

About the role

Brand Bonjour is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Growth Strategist to boost brand visibility, generate qualified leads and scale marketing systems. The role combines hands‑on LinkedIn growth, paid media management, CRM automation and webinar production in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute LinkedIn growth strategies for personal and corporate brands, including profile management, newsletters, Sales Navigator campaigns and outreach.
• Create and maintain content calendars and publishing schedules across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Plan, launch, optimize and analyze paid campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Generate, qualify and nurture leads through LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Manage CRM systems, lead pipelines and customer journeys to improve conversion rates.
• Build and maintain marketing automations, workflows and integrations using GoHighLevel.
• Plan, promote and execute webinars, live sessions and virtual events to drive audience engagement.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to enhance content creation, outreach and overall marketing efficiency.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in LinkedIn branding, optimization and audience growth.
• Strong expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, prospecting and lead generation.
• Hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency with GoHighLevel, CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful webinars and virtual events.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered marketing and content creation tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
