About the role

Tours by Nature is seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Manager who can blend creativity with technology. The role focuses on expanding the brand’s online presence across the website, social platforms, and search engines while leveraging AI tools to optimise campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise WordPress landing pages using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Plan and execute SEO strategies (on‑page, off‑page, technical) to improve organic visibility.
• Manage paid social media campaigns on Meta, Instagram and TikTok, including ad creation and performance tracking.
• Create visual assets and carousel posts using Canva and Photoshop.
• Utilise AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for content generation, prompt engineering and workflow automation.
• Edit short‑form videos with CapCut for social media distribution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust tactics.
• Self‑starter who can juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Based near Islamabad’s I‑8 or I‑9 sectors (preferred).
