Digital Marketing Manager (Growth & Performance)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our growth and performance initiatives in Islamabad. You will own the end‑to‑end digital strategy, driving paid and organic campaigns that generate qualified leads and boost our brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s overall digital marketing strategy.
• Plan, launch, optimise and scale high‑performing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Run successful organic marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
• Generate qualified leads and implement client acquisition strategies.
• Improve website traffic, conversion rates and overall marketing performance using data‑driven decisions.
• Build brand presence across social media and other digital channels.
• Create marketing processes, SOPs, reporting dashboards and performance frameworks.
• Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise key metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPC, CAC and conversion rates.
• Guide and manage the in‑house creative team, including designer, video editor and social media intern.
• Identify new growth opportunities and help expand digital marketing service offerings.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Proven success managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
• Demonstrated experience executing successful organic growth campaigns.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, SEO, content marketing, email marketing and social media growth.
• Experience building marketing strategies and processes from scratch.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimisation decisions.
• Excellent communication, leadership and execution skills.
