Digital Marketing & Marketplace Manager (Afternoon Shift)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Marketplace Manager to oversee the online performance of a UK restaurant franchise network from our back‑office in Johar Town, Lahore. The role focuses on managing delivery‑platform merchant accounts, driving promotional campaigns and analysing commercial data to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Uber Eats, Just Eat and Deliveroo merchant portals for approximately 14 franchise locations.
• Plan, launch and optimise promotional campaigns, monitoring ROI and performance.
• Analyse sales, customer behaviour and profitability; produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Optimise menus, pricing and platform visibility; monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.
• Respond to customer reviews on delivery platforms and Google Business Profiles, improving ratings and response times.
• Collaborate with UK franchise owners, platform account managers and operations teams to resolve recurring issues.
• Stay updated on platform developments and propose new initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience managing digital marketplaces in the restaurant or food‑delivery sector.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Uber Eats, Just Eat and/or Deliveroo merchant platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI or Looker Studio is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English and ability to communicate with UK‑based stakeholders.
• Commercially driven, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple locations simultaneously.
