Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Rawalpindi. The role works on UK evening hours (2 PM – 11 PM) and is ideal for candidates comfortable with an evening shift. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and audience insights to shape strategy.
• Plan, execute and optimise digital, social media and content marketing campaigns.
• Create, schedule and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate regular reports and provide actionable insights.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose new marketing initiatives.
• Manage social media, email marketing and overall online presence.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media.
• Strong knowledge of current marketing trends and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to meet UK‑time deadlines.
