Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

BeHope, which makes healthcare supplies more accessible and affordable for customers in Canada and the USA, is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist in Islamabad. You will design, test, deploy and maintain high-impact marketing campaigns as part of a lean growth team, with opportunities to expand your scope as the business grows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative marketing concepts and campaigns for BeHope's products, turning business and marketing objectives into clear messaging and content direction.
• Create and coordinate marketing content and assets, including advertisements, social media posts, short-form videos, graphics, copy, landing-page content and promotional materials.
• Research audiences, competitors, products and market trends to find new creative opportunities and content angles.
• Test, analyse and continuously improve campaigns, refining messaging, formats, visuals and approaches based on performance insights.
• Own marketing projects from concept to execution, collaborating with colleagues and managing priorities, timelines and deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communication, Design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, creative strategy, audience engagement, content development and performance-driven marketing.
• Understanding of advertising copy, visual communication, audience psychology and content marketing.
• Ability to read campaign performance and use basic marketing metrics to improve creative decisions.
• Preferred: experience creating or directing static ads, video ads, short-form content, social creatives, landing-page content and promotional campaigns; ability to develop creative variations and contribute to A/B testing; curiosity about new platforms, tools and formats.

Required skills

• Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or CapCut is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative and content-generation tools is a plus.

The position is full-time, onsite in I-8 Markaz, Islamabad, with working hours from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Applications are made online or by sending an updated resume to the company.
