Digital Marketing/SEO Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing/SEO Manager to lead the digital strategy for our Happy Assist AI campaign. You will drive lead generation, brand awareness, and performance optimization through data‑driven tactics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Happy Assist AI.
• Generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and track KPIs such as CPL, CTR, ROAS.
• Manage social media content, campaigns, and audience engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform tactics.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and collaborate with the sales team.
• Implement SEO, SEM, email, and content marketing initiatives.
• Identify new digital opportunities and trends relevant to AI products.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize ad spend.
• Continuously test and refine ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B, technology, AI, SaaS or international campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, lead generation and analytics.
• Understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimization.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical and leadership abilities.
• Experience with AI‑related products is a plus.
