Digital Printing Operator – Lahore

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Digital Printing Operator to join our Lahore team. You will be responsible for running digital presses, preparing files, and ensuring every job meets our high standards for colour accuracy, layout, and finish.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate digital printing equipment for various commercial projects.
• Prepare and review print files, checking for colour consistency and layout correctness.
• Coordinate with design and sales teams to confirm job specifications.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Oversee post‑print processes such as cutting, binding, and packaging.
• Maintain organized production records and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Meet production deadlines and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong background in printing and print production workflows.
• Experience with bindery and finishing processes.
• Proficiency in pre‑press and print design preparation.
• Familiarity with digital printing machinery and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Detail‑oriented, quality‑focused, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills for collaboration with design, production, and sales teams.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in printing, graphic arts, or a related field is a plus.
