Director Finance Business Partner – Business Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a senior finance leader to partner with our Business Solutions function. The Director Finance Business Partner will provide financial insight, governance and strategic support across International, Carrier & Wholesale Services, Enterprise and SME segments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare business cases and manage billing, collections, settlements and payment processes for multiple market segments.
• Drive revenue assurance and risk mitigation by analysing billing data, monitoring performance and resolving exceptions.
• Shape commercial pricing strategy in collaboration with Business Solutions teams, evaluating proposals and optimising tariffs and collection charges.
• Own customer reconciliation and dispute resolution to ensure timely settlements and maintain stakeholder trust.
• Oversee end‑to‑end revenue operations including invoicing, advances, security deposits, bank guarantees, inter‑operator settlements and audit coordination.
• Ensure accurate and compliant financial recording of revenue, costs and expenses in SAP, adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Embed robust financial controls, budgetary discipline and governance while driving operational excellence through team performance management.

Required profile

• CA/ACCA or Master’s degree in Finance or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, including significant leadership experience in large, complex organisations.
