Director of Marketing – Nutrition (ANI) – Pakistan

About the role

Abbott’s Nutrition division in Pakistan is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive growth of its ANI portfolio of brands such as Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure® and Glucerna®. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for expanding market share, launching new products and strengthening brand equity across the nutrition market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans for all ANI brands.
• Grow market share above overall market growth and consistently outperform competitors.
• Create scientific literature and consumer promotion materials to support the sales and medical teams.
• Coordinate with sales, medical, legal, finance and operations to ensure alignment of all promotional activities.
• Organise local and international CME events for healthcare professionals to enhance category knowledge.
• Monitor competitor activities, including launches, promotions and pricing.
• Train and equip the field force with up‑to‑date product knowledge.
• Mentor and develop brand managers to build a future talent pipeline.
• Identify and launch new product or brand opportunities to drive sales growth.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in nutrition or healthcare marketing.
• Track record of delivering top‑line growth and margin improvement.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, medical, legal, finance and operations teams.
• Strong understanding of scientific literature development and CME organization.
• Experience in competitive analysis and brand management.
