About the role
NUR International University in Lahore is looking for a Director of its Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC). This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing quality assurance and enhancement processes so that the university maintains academic excellence and complies with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team in implementing quality assurance policies
- Oversee quality assurance and enhancement processes
- Conduct assessments
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Required profile
- Experience in quality assurance and enhancement processes
- Knowledge of regulatory standards in the education sector
- Master's or Ph.D. in Education, Quality Management or a related field

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
