About the role

10Pearls is seeking a Director or Senior Director of People & Culture to lead the execution of its people strategy. The role partners with senior leadership to build a high‑performance, AI‑ready workforce through structured programs, manager enablement, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement organizational structures, roles, and operating models aligned with business strategy.
• Lead change‑management initiatives for restructuring and role transitions.
• Develop capability‑building programs that support an AI‑first workforce.
• Integrate AI‑driven tools into HR processes to enhance efficiency and analytics.
• Foster a high‑performance, ownership‑driven culture and track performance, engagement, and retention trends.
• Oversee the performance‑management framework, including goal‑setting, mid‑year reviews, and year‑end calibration.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and act as a trusted advisor on culture and experience.
• Ensure HR operations are consistent, compliant, and scalable across the employee lifecycle.
• Provide people insights to improve workforce effectiveness and productivity.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with ownership of people programs.
• Background in technology or professional‑services environments.
• Proven success in performance management, employee engagement, and change management.
• Experience leading or managing a small HR team.
• Experience in growth or transformation settings with an AI‑first mindset.
• Strong program ownership, data‑driven decision‑making, and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Solid knowledge of HR frameworks, compensation structures, and policy design.
