Dispatch Coordinator

About the role

Marvelous Freight Inc, a provider of full dispatching services across North America, is hiring a full-time, on-site Dispatch Coordinator in the Faisalabad District. The role coordinates daily freight movements, assigns loads to carriers and owner-operators and ensures on-time pickups and deliveries, working within a rotating schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily freight movements and assign loads to carriers and owner-operators
• Communicate with drivers, brokers and customers, and monitor routes and schedules
• Update real-time tracking information
• Enter data for loads, rates and documentation
• Support ACE and ACI-related dispatch processes
• Help resolve issues such as delays or route changes
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize routes and support 24/7 logistics operations

Required profile

• Strong dispatching and logistics coordination skills, with experience managing loads, routes and schedules
• Effective communication and customer service skills with drivers, brokers and clients
• Skilled multi-tasker able to prioritize several shipments and requests at once
• Comfortable working on-site in Faisalabad, including evening, night, weekend and holiday shifts
• Relevant education or experience in logistics, transportation or a related field; prior dispatch experience preferred

Required skills

• Accurate data entry with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of freight and transportation operations; ACE/ACI or cross-border logistics knowledge is a plus
• Dispatch software, spreadsheets and communication tools (phone, email, messaging platforms)
